# Humanly HR Advisory — Your HR manages the workplace. We manage your career. > Independent, confidential HR advisory for professionals worldwide navigating workplace issues, PIPs, burnout, exits, and employee-rights questions — with dedicated regional guides for the UAE, GCC and North America. ## What Humanly does Humanly is an independent HR advisory that works for the employee, not the employer. It advises professionals on performance improvement plans (PIPs), letters of expectation, toxic management, harassment documentation, workplace investigations, redundancy and severance, resignation decisions, burnout and exit planning, contract review, and employment-rights questions. Positioning is global-first, with dedicated regional guidance for the UAE, the wider GCC, and North America. **Humanly is not a law firm.** It provides HR guidance and coaching, not legal advice or representation. Nothing on the site creates a lawyer-client relationship. ## Founder Karma Harb, Founder & Principal HR Advisor. Close to 20 years in HR leadership across the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, the Government of Alberta, CBC/Radio-Canada, Canada's national investment regulator (leading HR through the IIROC–MFDA merger that formed CIRO), and a multi-entity investment group spanning the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Master's in HR & Employment Relations; Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. A focused 30-minute conversation about one specific problem, with a short written summary of the next steps you should take. - Session + Plan — AED 950 (≈ $259). 60 minutes. A full hour on your situation, followed by a written action plan — the scripts, the questions to ask, the documents to prepare, and the order to do them in. - Full Support — AED 1,200 (≈ $327). 60 minutes. Everything in Session + Plan, plus the writing done for you — the emails to your manager or HR, the formal response to a PIP or warning letter, a grievance if it comes to that, and resignation or exit documents — with two weeks of async WhatsApp access while the situation plays out. ### Specialist sessions - Interview Prep Session — AED 950 (≈ $259). 60 minutes. An insider-informed analysis of the job description, followed by a mock interview with real-time pointers to sharpen your delivery and your confidence. - Dubai Job Search Advisory Call — AED 300 (≈ $82). 30 minutes. UAE job-market orientation, CV positioning, and outreach strategy — the entry point for career movers. - Document Review (Async) — AED 275 (≈ $75). Async — emailed back. A written review of one document: a letter, a contract, or a termination notice. Delivered by email, no call required. - Interview Prep Package (3 Sessions) — AED 2,400 (≈ $654). 3 × 60-minute sessions. Three interview-prep sessions — JD analysis and a mock interview each time — for candidates running more than one process at once. Saves AED 450 against booking them separately. ### Monthly retainers - Essential Retainer — AED 2,200/mo (≈ $599/mo). Monthly. Two 60-minute sessions a month plus async WhatsApp support, for clients navigating one or two active situations. - Career Transition Retainer — AED 3,300/mo (≈ $899/mo). Monthly. Three 60-minute sessions a month, async WhatsApp support, and document reviews — the most common retainer profile. - Executive Retainer — AED 5,140/mo (≈ $1,400/mo). Monthly. Four 60-minute sessions a month, priority async access, and full document reviews for senior, high-complexity situations. ## How buying works 1. Choose a service at /booking, where live availability is shown before payment so the client can check the calendar first. The intake questions change per service — interview prep asks for the job posting and interview stage; a document review asks what the document is and any deadline. 2. Pay through Stripe Checkout. Consultations are priced and charged in AED, and the AED figure shown on the site is the amount billed. Paid resources are charged in USD; the AED figure shown against a resource is an approximate display conversion, not the amount billed. 3. Scheduled services then confirm the slot on a Cal.com booking page. Asynchronous services (document review) are delivered by email instead — the client replies to the post-payment email with the document. No documents are ever uploaded through the website. Nothing is shared with a client's employer. ## Resources - [UAE Labour Contract Review Guide](https://talkhumanly.com/resources/uae-labour-contract-review) — paid.
